Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Deal Street. If something isn’t right, you may return a product under the following conditions:

• The item delivered is incorrect (must be unopened and in original packaging).

• The item is damaged or defective compared to what was listed.

• For “change of mind” returns, you may request a refund within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, untampered, and in its original packaging. A small operational fee (0–5% of item price) may apply.

For returns where packaging has been opened but the item is unused and undamaged, the same 0–5% fee may still apply. Refused deliveries may also incur this operational fee.

Suggestions & Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with Deal Street remain our property. We may use, publish, or redistribute them without credit or compensation.

Warranty

• Deal Street Warranty: Covers eligible products for 1 year from delivery against manufacturing defects (excluding misuse/accidental damage). Screens are covered for the first 10 days only.

• Deal Street Extended Warranty: Adds an extra year (total 2 years). It includes accidental damage/misuse coverage up to AED 1000 per claim (limited to 1 claim per period).

All warranties are non-transferable, cover only the original purchaser, and require proof of purchase. Unauthorized repairs or modifications void the warranty.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively under DIFC jurisdiction.

Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved under London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) rules. Proceedings will be held in English with three appointed arbitrators. The arbitration seat will be the DIFC.

Reviews & User Content

• Reviews must be genuine, respectful, and free of offensive or misleading content.

• Deal Street may remove or reject reviews at its sole discretion.

• By posting a review, you grant Deal Street the right to reproduce, display, and distribute it worldwide.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Deal Street provides all services and content “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about uninterrupted access, accuracy, or error-free performance.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for products/services. Deal Street will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
