Returns

You can return a product if:

• The product delivered is incorrect, unopened, and in its original packaging

• The product is damaged, defective, or different from the description on our website

If the packaging has been opened but the product is unused and without visible marks or scratches, we will deduct 20% of the item price + shipping fees (up to AED 150) before processing your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Every product at Deal Street is inspected and packaged with care before it reaches you. However, in rare cases:

• If the product you ordered is unavailable or fails our quality check, we may cancel your order and notify you promptly.

• If you paid online, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once approved.

• If you paid via cash on delivery, refunds will be issued through a bank transfer.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Even if the item originally qualified for free shipping, return shipping costs will apply.
